My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was awesome, just minutes away from the train station and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The rooms, however, could use a bit more cleaning, and I encountered a couple of unwelcome guests, cockroaches, during my stay. The service was a bit lacking in energy and responsiveness, especially when I needed assistance with the iron board. The dining experience was passable, with some good choices at a reasonable price, but not ideal for vegetarians.

The location, while fantastic with proximity to the BTS Victory monument station and local restaurants, had drawbacks like multiple staircases without wheelchair access.
